Dale Simon has been actor, director, and
designer in the area for many years. He is the Theater Coordinator of
TCNJ's Kendall Performing Arts Center's staff. Among his many directorial
credits are Heartbreak House, Blithe Spirit, Into the Woods, City of Angels,
Sweeney Todd, Uncle Vanya and Twelfth Night. His set design work
also covers a wide variety of productions including La Boheme, The Mikado
and The School for Scandal. Dale is also a founding member and Artistic
Director of Westwind Repertory Company, in residence at the Hun School in
Princeton. Other acting credits include Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing
with the Princeton Summer Theatre, Talthybius in The Trojan Women for
Foundation Theatre, Le Comte in Marivaux's False Admissions at the Off-Broadstreet
Theatre, and the title role in Julius Caesar at Kelsey Theatre. For
S’70, he has appeared in the title role of Tartuffe, in The Tempest
as Prospero, Henry IV, Part One as King Henry, School For Scandal
as Sir Oliver Surface, The Country Wife as Sir Jasper Fidget, and in
The Way of the World as Sir Wilful Witwoud. Dale lives in
Flemington with his wife Janet.
